1 (8 ounce) tub vegan cream cheese
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
lemon juice (optional)
This is great with apple and pear slices.
1. Scrape the cream cheese into a medium sized bowl. Stir until it gets creamy.
2. Add brown sugar and vanilla and mix to fully incorporate.
3. Taste and adjust flavor with brown sugar and lemon juice.
