[u]Salad[/u]:
romaine lettuce, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
broccoli, chopped
mushrooms, sliced
2 thin slices yellow onion, chopped
chives, sliced [u]Dressing[/u]
2 tablespoons tahini
1 tablespoon Braggs Liquid Aminos or soy sauce
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1-1/2 teaspoons agave nectar
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 inch ginger, minced
dash red cayenne pepper
1. Salad: In a large bowl, combine lettuce, bell pepper, brocolli, mushrooms, onion, and chives.
2. Dressing: In another bowl, mix dressing ingredients (tahini, liquid aminos, sesame oil, agave nectar, garlic, ginger, and cayenne).
3. Toss salad with dressing. Enjoy.
