1 Banana
5 to 10 Strawberries
2 tablespoon ground flax seeds
1/3 to 1/2 cup silken tofu
1/3 to 1/2 cup soymilk
2 to 4 ice cubes
1 tablespoon brown sugar or other sweetener
Vanilla, to taste
1) Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Feel free to replace the banana and strawberries with 1 to 2 ripe avocados for a rich and tasty avocado milkshake.
This shake is super high in protein, omega fatty acids, vitamins & minerals and fiber!
