2 teaspoons coconut oil (food grade)
1 tablespoon almond butter
1 heaped teaspoon cocoa powder
1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon agave syrup or maple syrup
Dash vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Handful of goji berries/cacao nibs/ raisins/chopped cashews/ almonds
1) Line a small plastic container with nonstick paper.
2) Melt the coconut oil. I do this by putting it in a small metal bowl and suspending it over another bowl filled with warm water. After the coconut oil has liquefied, add the almond butter, agave/maple syrup, cocoa powder , vanilla extract and salt. Stir until well blended.
3) Throw in the goji berries/raisins/nuts and stir again.
4) Pour mixture into the plastic container. Put container into the freezer for 10 minutes. Remove from freezer and peel off paper. Enjoy!
