3 1/4 cups flour
1/3 cup yellow cornmeal
2 1/2 teaspoons active yeast
3/4 to 1 cup soymilk
1/3 cup vegan margarine
1/4 cup sugar or sweetener of your choice
Egg replacer equivalent to 2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs and spices (or 1/2 a teaspoon each of basil and oregano)
These rolls are a tasty addition to any meal. I like to make them along side my holiday dinners and they tend to go over very well with non-vegans.
Gather all of your ingredients together, making sure you have plenty of time to get this started.
