vegetable oil, as needed
1 garlic clove, chopped
1 teaspoon minced ginger
2 cups cabbage, sliced
1/3 cup carrots, sliced
1 tablespoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
salt, to taste
1. Heat oil in a pan, fry the garlic and ginger until fragrant.
2. Add the carrots and cabbage and continue cooking over low heat.
3. When it's almost cooked, add the cumin powder, pepper, and salt. Sprinkle water if required. Mix well and serve.
