Avocado Cheese

Ingredients: 

1/4 avocado
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
2 teaspoons mustard
1 teaspoon oil
1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions: 

1) Mash the avocado. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until a paste is formed.
Serving suggestion: spread your "cheese" on crackers or raw veggies.
Source of recipe: I wanted to make a creamy, nut-free "cheese".
