1 cup carrot juice
1 frozen banana, cut into chunks
2 tablespoons hemp protein/fiber powder
1) Blend the carrot juice and banana until smooth. Add the hemp powder and blend again. Enjoy!
*You could make this without the hemp powder too. I always include it because it's rich in omega fatty acids, has virtually no taste, and has a lot of fiber if you aren't eating as many vegetables as you should! :)
I think this smoothie tastes remarkably vanilla-like!
