1 bag vegan breadcrumb stuffing mix (e.g., Just Wholefoods brand)
3 cups of cooked brown rice
5 stalks of celery, finely chopped
1 onion, finely chopped
3 to 4 cups vegetable broth
1 tablespoon sage, or more
1 tablespoon thyme, or more
1 tablespoon paprika, or more
1. Put bread crumbs in large bowl.
2. Mix in brown rice. Mix in celery and onion. mix. Mix in vegetable broth. Add sage, thyme, and paprika- MIX WELL.
3. Place in casserole dish and bake on 400 degrees F for 30 to 40 minutes. This is delicious-- lots of compliments. Enjoy.
