Yummy Red Potatoes with Horseradish

Ingredients: 

1 pound red potatoes, quartered
1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
3 to 6 scallions, chopped
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
2 tablespoons vegan sour cream (I use Tofutti Sour Supreme)

Directions: 

1. Put potatoes in a pot with Old Bay. Cover with water and boil for about 30 minutes, or until potatoes are soft.
2. Drain the potatoes, and add them to a bowl with scallions, horseradish, and vegan sour cream; mash. Yum!
Source of recipe: I made this as a kid, but lost the recipe long ago. This is my best approximation from what I remember!
