1 1/2 cups garbanzo beans
1 tablespoon Bragg's all purpose seasoning
1/2 cup parsely, chopped finely
1/2 cup green onions, chopped finely
1/4 cup nutritional yeast flakes
1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped finely
1/2 red bell pepper, chopped finely
1 cup celery, chopped finely
1/2 cup vegan mayonnaise (I use Nasoya Nayonaise)
1/2 teaspoon kelp powder (gives more fishy taste), optional
1. In a bowl using a potato masher, or in a food processor, mash garbanzo beans.
2. Add remaining ingredients to mashed chickpeas and mix well.
3. Chill in refrigerator. Serve on sandwiches or use on crackers or rice cakes.
