1 bunch broccoli
1 cup baby bella mushrooms
1 carrot
1 celery stalk
1 small white onion
handful of peanuts
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
olive oil
garlic, chopped, to taste (or use garlic salt)
1/2 cup red peppers
1/2 cup green peppers
salt, pepper
1/2 cup corn
***Note: the measurements are all to taste. It's best to eye it up. Also, the veggies can be swapped out for others but I like this combination.
Chop all of the veggies.
Saute the garlic and onions in olive oil. Add the rest of the chopped veggies and the peanuts. Add the soy sauce and the toasted sesame oil. Cook until veggies are tender. Salt and pepper to taste.
