1 banana, sliced
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon raisins
1 tablespoon flaked almonds
2 pieces vegan chocolate
dash nondairy milk (I use soy)
1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Add banana to an oven-proof bowl. Sprinkle the sugar and cinnamon over it.
2. Add the raisins, almonds, chocolate and dash milk.
3. Pop in the oven for 10-15 minutes, and voila, a lovely healthy pudding!
I know this recipe is simple, but it really is amazing!
