1 medium pumpkin
2 (14 ounce cans) coconut milk
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon alspice
1 teaspoon sea salt
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Bake pumpkin for approximately 1 hour, or until soft. Scoop from the shell into a sauce pan and mash.
2. Add remaining ingredients and gently heat until steaming. Serve and enjoy.
