Pumpkin Oatmeal

Ingredients: 

1/4 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup water
dash of salt
1 ripe banana, mashed well
1/3 cup pumpkin puree
spices (cinnamon, ginger, etc.)
non-dairy milk
ground flaxseed

Directions: 

1. Start by placing the oatmeal, water, and salt in a small pot over medium heat for 7 minutes, or until the water has been absorbed.
2. Add mashed banana and pumpkin, along with any spices you'd like. Keep stirring and allow to cook another 5 minutes. Add non-dairy milk if additional liquid is needed.
3. Serve nice and hot with a little flaxseed for added health!
