1 cup self rising flour
tiny sprinkle salt
1 1/2 tablespoons light brown sugar
1/4 cup rice milk
1/4 cup soya custard
1/2 tablespoon pure vegan soya spread
4-6 crushed Brazil nuts
Crush Brazil nuts (I used a re-sealable food bag and a hammer - use very lightly and ask permission of the owner of your work top.)
Put all ingredients in the bowl and mix it up. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius (about 360 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 10 minutes or until lightly golden.
2 large scones (but don't do like I did and eat both, share with a friend. 1 is enough, believe me, this is rich and yummy).
