Amazing Poppy Seed Summer Salad

Ingredients: 

2 cups spinach
1/2 cup red seedless grapes, cut in half
1/2 cup chopped red onion
1/2 cup chopped tofu
handful of golden raisins
slivered almonds
2 tablespoons poppy seed dressing

Directions: 

Combine all ingredients in a bowl, adding more or less of what you like. All amounts are just suggestions, I just throw in a good amount of each. Add the dressing (any sweet poppy seed dressing will do, I use Briana's) & mix well.
Yummy, super easy, and quick!!!
