2 green onions
2 sticks celery
1/2 green bell pepper
2 mushrooms
1 potato
1/2 cup petite diced tomatoes
1/4 cup corn
1/4 cup green beans
1 cup broccoli
1 cup cauliflower
2 cups vegetable broth
salt to taste
Cut up the broccoli, cauliflower, green onions, celery, bell peppers, mushrooms and the potatoes. Put in a pt with the veggie broth, corn, tomatoes and green beans. I turned the stove on med-low and let it cook slowly but if you put it on med-high it should only take a few to boil, let it simmer for about ten to fifteen min. Sprinkle some salt for taste.
