1 graham cracker pie crust
key lime instant pie filling mix (any brand, you can also use lemon)
1 pound silken tofu
1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2) In blender, puree tofu and pie filling mix. Pour into graham crust.
3) Bake until slightly browned and kinda jiggly, about 30 to 40 minutes. Refrigerate a couple hours or until set.
