1 avocado, halved
1 lemon, sliced into wedges, to taste
Soy sauce, to taste
This is a super simple way to enjoy avocado anytime. I like to eat this for breakfast in the summer.
1) Squeeze lemon juice and sprinkle soy sauce onto avocado. Enjoy right out of the shell or remove avocado and mix in bowl.
I add lemon juice to both halves to keep the color bright. I also save the empty shell half and put it back on top of the remainder to help keep it fresh in the fridge.
