1/2 medium banana, cut into small chunks and frozen (about 55 cal)
1 scoop soy protein powder (150 cal)
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (60 cal)
1 packet of Stevia powder (now foods, 0 cal)
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
Toss everything into a blender with ice, if needed... and you know, blend it. Drink, ect.
total calories are roughly 265 with half of a banana
