1 cup oats
1 1/2 cups soy/rice milk
pinch of salt
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup walnuts
2 tablespoon maple syrup
Bring one cup of soy/rice milk to a boil.
Add one cup of oats, 2 tablespoon maple syrup, and a pinch of salt then reduce heat and cook for 5 min.
Remove from heat, add walnuts and dried cranberries then serve!
