1/2 pound firm tofu
2 cups cabbage, chopped
1 cup carrot, chopped
3 green onions, chopped
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
oil, as needed for frying
1 (20 ounce) package vegan wonton wrappers
1. Put the first 6 ingredients (through soy sauce) in a food processor and blend until well blended. Heat oil.
2. Fill the wontons, fold, and use water to seal the edges. I made them into triangles but any shape will do!
3. Fry in oil until crisp.
Dip in soy sauce, if desired. Be careful; filling is very hot!
