8 to 10 potatoes, peeled, diced, and boiled until soft
1 cup nondairy milk
1/4 cup vegan mayonnaise (Vegenaise is the best)
2 1/2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
1 1/2 teaspoons seasoning salt
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
salt and pepper, to taste
1. In a bowl, mash potatoes.
2. Add remaining ingredients and mix with a electric hand mixer.
