1/2 ripe banana
1/4 cup soft silken tofu
3 ice cubes
1/4 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon agave nectar
1 teaspoon lime juice
1/4 cup frozen raspberries
Add all ingredients into a blender. Puree for approximately 2 minutes and serve.
Source of recipe: I've been using this recipe for a little over a month now. I got it from some vegetarian starter cook book and made a few modifications. I just do the recipe from memory now. It's a really great breakfast on the go.
