1 cup sprouted sunflower seeds (soaked overnight, sprout 1 day, use day after that. note: you can use sun seeds soaked for 4-8 hours)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
sprinkle of cayenne (for extra spicyness)
1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper (optional)
1 teaspoon oil (olive)
1 teaspoon tahini /sprinkle of water
chopped tomatoes, onions, pickled jalepenos, whatever you like, I also used asparagus spears
cashew sour cream (if desired)
large lettuce leaf
Now, I made this up today, so I just sprinkle here and there, but I'm pretty good at eye measuring. I added 1/2 teaspoon of everything first, processed, tasted, added another 1/2 of everything. Anyway! So, taste as you go along and alter it as you wish! I tend to like a lot of spice and heat! These are a really wonderful substitute for refried beans! They taste awesome!!
Okay,
Process together everything except the lettuce and condiments. Depending on your food processor, you may need to add a sprinkle of water. It won't be completely smooth, kinda beany looking.
Spoon down the middle of the lettuce, add toppings and fold over the sides of the lettuce while you eat!! Enjoy!
