160 grams vegan butter/ margarine
100 grams icing sugar
2 teaspoons no-egg powder mixed with 4 tablespoons water ( if don't have, use only 4 tablespoon water )
3/4 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon vanilla powder
250 grams corn flour
50 grams custard powder
30 grams low protein flour or all purpose flour
30 grams soya powder
This cookies burn easily, so be careful.
1) Use mixer or spoon to cream butter and icing sugar (don't too long), add in no-egg powder solution and cream. Stir in salt and vanilla powder, mix well. Lastly stir in all dry ingredients, stir until all finely mixed.
2) Knead the dough until it becomes a smooth batter.
3) Shape as you wish. I use a piping bag to shape this cookies, because the batter is quite soft. Or shape a small rounded ball then flatten a little. Place on the baking tray and bake at 160 degrees Celsius for 15 to 18 minutes.
