5 large dates
1 handful of almonds and cashews (or nuts of your choice)
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tablespoons flake coconut
optional: 1 teaspoon agave nectar or sweetener of your choice
1) Mix all ingredients together in a food processor/ blender. Shape into bars and enjoy! You can play around and add different things, like use a nut butter instead of cocoa powder, or leave out the coconut etc.
