4 medium sized potatoes
1 yellow onion
1 handful thin spaghetti
1/4 cup soy milk
dash cumin
salt as desired
dash dry oregano
1 cup water
Peeled potatoes and cut them into small pieces. Bring them to a boil and when they start to get soft add the spaghettiChop onion and refried in a skillet with cumin and salt. Once the potatoes and spaghetti are cooked add the onion, the milk and oreganoSimmer for 10 minutes and serve.
