4 cups olive oil
1 can vegetarian hot dogs / or refrigerated style vegetarian hot dogs
8-10 corn tortillas
Heat oil in skillet. Water will bubble and pop when ready.
Place a hot dog in a corn tortilla. Roll up the tortilla.
Using tongs to hold the tortilla closed, place into hot oil. Hold the tortilla for approx. 30 seconds to allow for the tortilla to stay closed.
Continue to cook until the oil stops bubbling.
Remove from oil and place on a paper towel.
Serve with favorite salsa.
Have discovered with kids, they love em with ketchup.
