1 cup raw almond milk
1/4 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 frozen banana
1 scoop raw protein powder mix (I use chocolate vega because it's vegan and raw)
1 scoop wheatgrass powder
1 scoop freeze dried acai powder (Sambazon)

Quick way to put back what you lost while working out or for pre-workout energy.
1) First blend the almond milk, blueberries and banana until smooth. Next add the 3 powder scoops in. Blend again. Add ice and blend until smooth. I usually need around 5 ice cubes but that is just my preference in texture.
You can blend everything together but I prefer to do it in three different steps because it prevents clumps of powder in the shake.
