1/2 cup rice syrup or golden syrup
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup bran
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 to 3/4 cup soy powder
teaspoon vanilla essence (optional)
dessicated coconut to roll balls in
Simply combine all ingredients and mix (mixture is quite tough). Form the 'dough' into balls, whatever size you desire, and roll in coconut. These can be eaten right away or put in the fridge to firm up.
