2 ripe avocados
1 small lime
2 cloves garlic
1/2 medium onion
1/2 medium sized slicing tomato
fresh cilantro to taste
dash salt to taste
dash pepper to taste
Cut avocados and mush them in a medium-sized bowl. Add lime juice. Mince or press the garlic and add to avocados. Dice onions, finely, and add to bowl. Add salt and pepper. Stir everything in until well-blended. Dice tomato and cilantro and add to guacamole mix.
This guacamole is so delicious, and so easy. It surprises me how easy it is to make something so healthy and so addictive! You can also take a spoonful of sour cream and blend it in to make it creamier, but it's so good the way it is. Enjoy!
