1 1/2 cups soy milk (vanilla or regular)
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
8-10 slices bread
blueberries or other fruit for garnish
maple syrup to taste
Whisk together milk, flour, cinnamon and sugar until everything is nicely mixed. Soak bread slices in batter until bread is all soaked and fry it in a lightly oiled frying pan until golden brown. Garnish with fruit and maple syrup. Enjoy!!
