1 can black beans (drained and rinsed)
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
salt to taste
1 block silken tofu
juice from 1/2 lemon
Blend all together - taste and adjust seasonings to taste.
Great as a dip or a spread on sandwiches.
