For the Cake:
1 box vegan chocolate cake mix
1 can cherry cola (cherry vanilla works as well)
Topping:
Canned cherries in syrup or fresh cherries
or a simple glaze of powdered sugar and water
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
In a medium to large bowl, mix the cake mix and soda by hand until smooth.
Pour mixture in a greased medium pan, I used a bundt pan. Pop in the oven and bake for a good 40 to 50 min.
Let the cake cool. ( if using a bundt, make sure pan is cooled before removing the cake.)
Once cooled, cover the cake in cherries and other desirable toppings. : P
