5-7 fresh strawberries
2 tablespoons frozen mixed berries
1/2 cup vanilla soy yogourt
1/2 cup unsweetened soy milk
2 teaspoon cinnamon (use as little or as much as you like)
3 teaspoon flax seeds
Throw all of the ingredients in a blender, set to liquefy and pour into your favourite glass. I made this smoothie this morning and casually drank it throughout the morning. It is delicious and I always feel good after enjoying this morning smoothie.
