1/4 cornmeal
2 cups water
soy milk or brown sugar
Bring to boil 1.5 cups of water (approx 5 mins).
Stir corn meal and 1/2 cup of cold water in a separate container.
Then pour into pot with boiled water Let cook for 25 minutes.
Remove from heat.
For sweetener pour in soy milk or brown sugar or both to your taste buds liken.
Enough for two but can eat for breakfast and then for lunch.
