1/2 package vegan meat crumblers
1 pre-made pizza crust
1 medium jar of salsa
1 can refried beans
sliced onion
diced jalapeƱos
1 small can of sliced black olives
chopped lettuce
taco seasoning
corn (optional)
black beans (optional)
First, cover the pizza crust with the can of refried beans. Top with the sliced onion and jalapeƱos. At this point, I usually brush the outer crust edges with salsa so they get nice and brown. Bake this according to the crust directions (usually 400F for about 15 minutes).
While the crust is baking, in a small pot combine your crumblers with a package of taco seasoning and just a little water. At this point, if desired, add in the corn and/or black beans. Take off heat once it is heated through.
When crust is ready, cover with the seasoned crumbler mixture. Next goes the black olives, then the lettuce. Finally, cover entire pizza with the remaining salsa.
Cut and enjoy! If you like (which I do), put a healthy dollop of guacamole on each slice. This is the perfect lazy evening dinner and is super filling. If you use the kind of pan for pizzas that has the holes in it, you will have a nice crispy crust!
