1 (15 ounce) can vegetable broth
1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 (15 ounce) can full water
1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans, drained
1 (1 pound) bag frozen mixed veggies
2 potatoes, peeled and chopped 1/4"
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoons garlic powder
1 tablespoons onion powder
salt and pepper, to taste
1. Add vegetable broth, tomato sauce, and water to crockpot. Add in mixed veggies, beans, and potatoes.
2. Follow with spices and stir together. I usually cook for a couple hours if I'm cooking on high, or about 4 if I'm cooking on low.
