4 medium bell peppers in various colors
1 medium onion
1 can of corn
1 garlic clove
1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
thyme, oregano
salt, pepper

Slice your vegetables into thin strips.
Chop garlic.
