2 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons applesauce
1 smooshed banana
1/2 cup nut-butter (I used almond)
1 1/8 cup water
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup vegan chocolate chips
Preheat the oven at 325 F. Mix the dry ingredients together. Mix the wet ingredients together, add them to the dry ones. Add the chocolate chips and stir until just mixed. Pour the batter into a greased bread pan, stick it in the oven for about 50 min. or until it's cooked all the way through.
