1 onion, chopped
1 carrot, finely chopped
1 stalk of celery, finely chopped
1 16 oz. can crushed tomatoes
1/4 cup frozen corn
1/2 cup any kind of finely chopped veggies you want
1/4 teaspoon dried dill
1/8-1/4 teaspoon paprika
salt, pepper
1 16 oz can of veggie broth
1/4 cup orzo pasta

Sauté veggies in canola oil on med. flame. When veggies get soft and translucent, add the broth, seasonings, and tomatoes and orzo. Simmer for about 7-10 more minutes on med. This is good reheated or fresh! Hope you like it and leave lots of comments! :)
