Orange Smoothie

Ingredients: 

1 medium banana
1 cup orange juice (if using store-bought, I prefer no pulp)
6 ice cubes
1 serving of nutritional yeast (optional)

Directions: 

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Serve and enjoy! I usually put the nutritional yeast in for an added vitamin and protein kick-it's completely flavorless with the banana and OJ.
