1 whole wheat tortilla
1 tablespoon vegan cream cheese
1 tablespoon almond butter, or nutbutter of choice
1 tablespoon applesauce
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1. Spread cream cheese, almond butter, and apple sauce along the center of the tortilla.
2. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon over the top. Roll tortilla.
It may be helpful to fold up the bottom edge a little before rolling to keep the applesauce from dripping out the bottom.
