2 cups vegan spiral noodle pasta
1 Tablespoon vegan butter
several good dashes of garlic powder
as much Greek seasoning as you wish
2 Tablespoons of vegetable oil, optional
a pinch of salt, optional
4 cups of water
Put water into a pot, and bring to a boil. Add the salt & vegetable oil here (this adds light taste, as well the noodles won't stick together terribly with it in). I like my pasta al dente style, so I leave mine cooking for just 7 minutes, however you can cook until yours is your desired tenderness. Strain the water out of the pasta. Then, putting the pasta back into the pot, put the butter in, and add the garlic powder. Mix until it's evenly coated. Then add the Greek seasoning, and adjust to your tastes, & enjoy!
