1/2 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
2 Tablespoons ground flax seeds or flax meal
1 cup of vanilla hemp milk
Make sure to use a banana that has been frozen for at least 2 hours. I freeze a whole one that is cut in half so I have an extra for the next day. If you are using flax seeds, ground them up first in the blender. Add frozen blueberries and hemp milk and blend until smooth. This is delicious and super easy!
