Ice Cream Pie

10 minutes plus 1-2 hours

Cooking Time: 
Ingredients: 

2 pints vegan ice cream (I use Toffuti, melts well)
1 vegan graham cracker crust
vegan crushed cookies/Oreos (optional)

Directions: 

Thaw out about two pints of ice cream...or at least until they are soft...smooth over and into the crust. Optionally, sprinkle crushed cookies on top. Place pie in the freezer for about 1 or 2 hours and serve WHENEVER!~
