Kale and Tomato Salad

Ingredients: 

3 leaves of kale
1 small tomato (about 2 or 3 inches in diameter)
olive oil
freshly ground black pepper
dried rosemary

Directions: 

Of course the first step is to wash the vegetables! After this, tear (or cut) the kale into medium sized pieces (whatever size you're comfortable eating). Cut the tomato into a preferable size also. Combine the vegetables and drizzle with a small amount of olive oil (I use a little less than a capful....so maybe 2 teaspoons). Next, add the Pepper (as much as you like but don't go overboard) and a pinch or two of the dried Rosemary. And your done!!
This mixture is also really good on two slices of bread as a sandwich!
