2 links soyrizo, cut in rings
1 med cooking apple, cored and sliced
1 can or jar (500 g or 1 lb) sauerkraut
3 med potatoes, peeled and diced
2 tablespoons oil
cumin to taste
Brown soyrizo in oil. Add apple and potato pieces, toss well. Cover with sauerkraut, sprinkle cumin to taste and cover skillet. Lower heat; simmer until potatoes are tender.
